Late night snacking? was at buffet until 9pm...

Failed the crap out of yesterday... I'm loosing it folks...

Just can't seem to curb the late night snacking, two social events yesterday, one of them free food left me will power hanging on the coat rack... Got to find a way, just got to find a way.

I'm going to fail this class if I don't pick it up

Was able to cut out the late night snacking by keeping myself busy at night but it was far too cold to go outside and get a workout and I seem to be coming down with a cold!

I just ate free lunch with some of my co-workers and I want to mention food-regret, something I'm having right now.  I'm very mad at myself every time I do this but can't keep from doing it every time I go. I have a serious issue with food and an even worse issue when I don't have to pay for it.  I don't know how I ever lost the weight in the first place, must have been a miracle.

Ok, I made a new years resolution to keep this thing up to date so I need to do that.

Late Night Snacking? Yes
Grade for Yesterday? A-

I need to cut out the late night snacking and maybe I can get this number to keep going down. Need to drink less coffee and carbonated beverages.

What Will I Read Here?

Most of my blogging has to deal with weight loss, if you can tell from the tag cloud above. I didn't want to use my blog to just be like "oh, here is what I did over the weekend," my life isn't that interesting. Instead I began this blog in hopes of expressing a lot of the thoughts I have about my own life and life in general, as well as share a lot of the humerous things I see out on the net including chat conversations. This blog might seem random and all over the place but serves as a great deal of inspiration not only formyself, but it would seem for a few others. If you have come here I hope you are either inspired, or at least entertained. Enjoy!
